Rather than illustrating the lyrics directly, the animation expands on the song's emotional atmosphere. The recurring line, "I can hear you," became the starting point for a story of two people moving through the same spaces without ever truly meeting.
The project embraces a combination of stop-motion, traditional animation, live action, and After Effects, allowing each medium to contribute its own texture and rhythm. A bold primary color palette—red, yellow, and blue—contrasts with the quiet emotional tone of the narrative, creating a visual tension between innocence and longing. Throughout the piece, different animation techniques coexist as part of a single expressive language, celebrating the material possibilities of the medium itself.
